BCEIRC offers eye care for all eyes related disorders & diseases. Our eyes treatment services include Glaucoma,Cornea, Lasik, Orbit & Oculoplasty, Cataract, Retina, Neuro Ophthalmology, Paediatric Ophthalmology and Ocular Oncology.
This department offers post graduate DNB course of National Board
of Examinations. Government of India recognised us for training surgeons
under the National Programme for Control of Blindness. We have standard
long term and intermediate term courses. Customised courses are made
to suit the needs of international and local candidates.

- Hon. Shri R. R. Patil, Deputy Chief Minister and
Home Minister of Maharashtra State and Shri. A. N. Roy, Commissioner
of Police, Mumbai inaugurated the Project Police Jyoti, along with
the Vision Foundation of India., on 14th October 2005.
- Bombay City Eye Institute & Research Centre
facilitated the inaugural program of the first Rural Primary Eyecare
Centre of its parent Vision Foundation of India, on 4th December 2005
in Gavhan Village of Raigad district. The second Rural Primary Eyecare
Centre was inaugurated on 9th April 2006 in Girawale Village on the
Mumbai – Goa highway.
